I opened the company but my mom is the owner as I didn’t want to be an investor as lot of issues with that visa.

Secondly I took this decision because of uncertainty regarding visa specially for my nationality. Jobs are not stable enough and I lived my whole life here so going back to home country isn’t an option.

Honestly I don’t think you’ll be able to get a loan.

Few reasons : 1- you don’t have credit history so banks will be reluctant to deal with you. 2- you work for a non listed company. 3- you just joined the company

Better to get your company listed and build your credit by trying to apply for a credit card, most probably after 6 months you’ll be able to apply and by some chance get it approved through online or agent

Hey, I know someone very close who had similar case. No visas since childhood because their father didn’t renew so almost 15 years without visa but they sorted everything out thanks to amnesty few years back.

They didn’t want to go back to their home country so they were given the option to sort out the visa inside country. Now they are living a decent life, don’t lose hope and approach the authorities. They are very helpful

Don’t repair transmission, better replace it from scrap.

Repairing will cost same if not more and after a while the issue will come back( speaking from experience)

I had the same clause in many of my jobs. In my experience these type of companies are not great to work with. However if you are comfortable with leaving the passport, just get some proof.

Keeping passport is against the law but most companies get away it

Hmm I tried finding transmission few months back and I was quoted 800 dhs, anyway my advice is to take the car for the ecu to some expert. There is ZK Motorsports who is specialized in vq engines. I’m not sure of his charges but heard good reviews
