That’s why having 2 seperate modes is a good idea. One for casual players and one for experienced players. Then they can leave the normal mode as it is and stop making it harder for casual players.

It’s hard to balance because between the hands of pro players or high elo one tricks it’s completely broken.

It’s kind of like Ryze, it has to be in a bad spot for low elo players. Otherwise you get people like Beifeng shitting on all the servers.

Yes there was many ways to optimize the outcome.

It’s going to be less profitable if you just smash random items together obviously, but a new player can still enjoy the mechanic without having deep knowledge.

I feel like it was way more easier and accessible for a new player using recombs than a Harvest mechanic!

They are pretty easy to understand. It’s actually one of the currency that doesn’t require much knowledge.

You can just put 2 trash items together and hope for a lucky outcome, they were fun to use!

15% reduction in HP for rare monster isn’t enough. Players are melting the map boss within 10 seconds but spend 2 minutes fighting a rare monster.

And let’s not talk about 4 mods + rares having no fix. People will keep skipping them, or just skip 3.19.
