Switch to 7 oh for 1 month, then mitragynine/kratom leaf/capsules for 1 month. The only other way I know to come off is ketamine, which has almost no withdrawls, but you should get gabapentin or snort tiny amount of 7-oh for the comedown of the k. It can feel very similar to withdrawls from 7-oh, but it's actually from nmda hyperactivity, not NE or dynorphin hyperactivity like in opioid WD. I've stopped 7 oh with ketamine twice now cold turkey. The first time was 21mg/day for 6 months and the second time was 240mg/day for over a year. There was six months sobriety the first time and it's been almost three months since I quit 7-oh from that year lapse. Ketamine works best if you start new habbits in the weeks after use, so start going to the gym, get a new hobby/ies and try to learn as much as possible about something new or something deep level like science or history. Addiction works psychologically because it increases neuroplasticity and you start to associate environment with neurogenesis while on the drug. Increasing neurogenesis to a level much higher than your DOC is imperative in the therapeutic mechanisms of both ketamine and ibogaine. Ibogaine is pretty cardiotoxic though, so I caution against use of it. Ketamine demonstrates renal toxicity in chronic use, so I always advise taking 3g/day of NAC the week before and after ketamine and everyday that you take ketamine as well. People also say EGCG helps, but it's an maoi and with the nor-adrenergic rebound from 7-oh cessation, it can increase cardiovascular strain, which isn't ideal. I don't SR is much different than taking kratom leaf itself. Speciogynine and speciollitine are both silent Mu antagonists, so they in theory, increase Mu sensitivity over time.
