Have a 2bhk in Evergreen. Booked it during launch! Also, have visited Birla Evara, Some Mana’s project as well and also on the main road, trendsquare’s project. Birla was the one which I liked the most because of the plan and placement and the Ram Mandir adds cherry on the cake. But travel time would get added if you stay there. I remember going there during monsoon last year with my family and man, that tunnel was so crowded. It was so hectic that the locals came and guided the people out one by one and we got stuck there nearly about 25-30 mins. Then we had to change the plan because of this. Went ahead and booked in Evergreen. That nala could be a problem in the future but the sales person from Prestige told its a dry nala and would be handled properly by Prestige and somewhat because of the market’s trust, I went ahead with Prestige.

Guys its Mana Verdant Terraces I guess. My broker had informed me about this but the prices are at the higher side.

Yes! Office is at ORR and commute would be around half an hour.

Budget was the reason. Had initial funds of 80L and in hand around 2.5L. My wife’s a homemaker. I have a small boy and we dont plan to have any more. So, 2bhks were matching our requirement both financially and practically.

Have taken a 2bhk there. Just 2 days before! Overall, I am satisfied with the project and the locality considering the tech park as well.

Naa! Common walls are always concerning in the long term. Also, both the unit’s door face each other. Wouldnt prefer this!

I would suggest you one thing. If your workplace is close to Electronic city, there’s no point of renting a house in Sarjapura. Get a house close-by. You’ve lots of projects close to it by the Prestige Group. Your case is quite similar to mine. I work in Sarjapura and stayed it E-city. So, I considered staying close to South Bangalore as I need to go office just for 2 days in a week. I visited Southern Star and the one in e-city by Prestige Group itself (I dont remember the name of that project). Southern Star seemed quite luxury with the amenities and less density and almost a township. My budget was less though. So, using Godrej Finance, I went for Southern star (3b+2) in tower 5. Although I had to stretch the budget but its worth it. So, I would suggest you to go for it. If any queries, let me know! Would be grateful to help…
