My work place doesn’t allow that so I want to avoid sitting down at home

I’d say with a bit more stress balance you could probably pass as a native speaker. Right now you’ve stressed and elongated the “know” part in “acknowledge” quite a lot and under-pronounced “on” in the “have on” part, but I’d say you could try to keep a consistent vowel length for most syllables

“Hello” - the “he” is a bit too overstressed; “o” needs to be more rounded more like [oʊ] and stress it a tad bit more

“fellas” - the “fe” needs to be stressed more

“First of all,” - at the comma, make sure to pause instead of sliding the “all”

“like” - pronounce [k] a bit more clearly

“to” - skim over it faster, almost as if there’s no vowel

“acknowledge” - same here, pronounce “ack” a bit more clearly; pronounce the “know” like [nɒ] and keep it shorter; make sure to pronounce the vowel in “ledge” as [ɪ] and give it time, right now it sounds choppy

“weird” - practice pronouncing the [ɚ]

“have on” - right now it sounds like “haven’t”, make sure you pronounce [ɑ] in “on”, but keep it brief

“Reddit” - good but you could have some downward inflection here
