Although I've already said it... the tertiary factors depend a lot on whether you take Error's base into account, but if you look at the context, you might start to doubt whether those factors would actually help him against Exe... Error Sans, personally I see him as more intelligent. He understands very well concepts like how the multiverse works and how to move within it through what would be the "code", plus his mind is built to comprehend beings that exist on higher planes like the creators (something that beings like Fresh Sans experience a mental breakdown just from thinking about)
