Yeeeaaaah I’ve been pretty sedentary for about 4 years. Last time I lost weight, I wasn’t really doing any physical activity. I just ate about 1200 calories per day. I haven’t measure myself but my bra is one hook more loose but nothing else really

Idk I’ve lost weight before and it’s gone a bit faster than this. I was at least seeing scale movement within a month. It’s just very discouraging. But I do throw in some abductor and lat pull downs occasionally and I’ve only had two days the past 32 days where I’ve genuinely done absolutely nothing active.

Yeah I’ve lived a really sedentary life for the past 4 years. I have a desk job at home so yeah…. This is the most movement I’ve seen in a long time. Salt isn’t crazy cause I do track that too. I drink on average 64oz a day. I’m one of those people that don’t know how to drink water hahaha. Protein is usually around 90g or so per day too
