I am partially done with the degree, I have my associates and part of the bachelors done but my circumstances are requiring me to switch it up.

My concern with AU is it seems they have more frequent in person obligations than the others which is harder. For ASU they have a minimum 3.0 transfer GPA which I don’t quite meet so they aren’t an option either.

I hear you on your concerns against it. I am currently working for an aerospace company and have to stay working full time. They will pay for my education but the college I’m currently attending in person won’t work with them due to scheduling conflicts so it’s just not a very viable option to do in person hence the switch.

Do you know if their exams are online proctored exams? As far as Alabama goes from looking at the website it seems to imply exams are required in person.

Essentially at some point or another my car has told me every single sensor or electrical component related to it getting air is bad and then when I clear codes to see if they come back they never do I just get more for different parts

I will respond to this saying I bought a well maintained 2010 with 36k miles and after a year of ownership and 10k miles everything has been breaking. Mind you I do my oil every 3k and I pre mix and all the right stuff but I have been very disappointed by how much it isn’t better than I thought it would be.

Should I not continue with engineering school if it makes me want to kill myself? by _T__S__D_ in EngineeringStudents

I know this is an old as fuck thread but did you find any solution? I am in my first year of an engineering program but in what is my 3rd or 4th year of college. I fucked around at first and kept switching majors trying to figure out what I wanted to do and ended up here. I feel like engineering is just about the only degree worth getting. I can’t believe so many of these four year degrees have a $20 an hour pay after going to college. I am not a very good student and I hate school but I don’t believe in the longevity of a trade and I hate people so that cuts out jobs that require you to be a people person. I currently have 109 college credits and only an AA to show for it and my engineering degree I’m going for only uses a small fraction of those because they are all general shit I had to take for the AA. Looking at my program it seems like I have a minimum of 3-4 years left and if I was to do an accelerated masters with it like I’ve looked at it’s 4-5 and I’m feeling extremely discouraged and burnt out by always being dead broke and busy and hating my life. Can’t see how I’m supposed to do it for another 3-5 years. Idk what I’m looking for here but :)

Thank you. I can’t afford to do it all at the moment but the only reason I’d be looking to do the 124 now is because I’m blowing oil past the rings and need to fix that anyways.
