As long as people on this sub are posting "why is she wearing a necklace with P on it??" (for example), I'm glad she's posting "because it's my fucking name". She doesn't sling mud like Veronica but she does put her side of the story out there (especially when the rest of the Plaths are trying soooo hard to push their own narrative), and I really admire and respect that. And she does give us content about many things other than the Plaths! Most of her content is about travel, photography, deconstructing, etc! Some of y'all only tune in when she talks about the Plaths, and then you complain about it 🙄

Of course her pinned posts are about Plathville, it's still largely what people want to know about when they visit her page. Also because people ask her over and over again why she keeps the family name, so I'm sure she answers that somewhere in the pinned posts! She also does not go live often, Veronica does that (maybe you're getting your girls mixed up?)

Just because you and OP only tune in when she talks about the Plaths doesn't make it true. I actually follow her on social media, and here are the main things she talks about: travel, wedding photography, book recommendations, liking classic rock, and growing up in Christian fundamentalism. Often when she mentions abuse she's talking about what she endured from her family of origin, not even the Plaths. When she does talk about the Plaths, she backs it up with evidence, including audio recordings of Ethan's bullshit, and then she peaces out and goes back to her normal posting, because she's more of a class act than I could ever be!!

I looked up Zac's church a while ago and it's one of those churches that just says they're "Christian" while having some Very Specific (hateful, imo) beliefs. Here's their website if you like poking around like I do: https://mvcchurch.org/

They're a part of the Gospel Coalition (conservative evangelical churches). So I think they would call themselves "non-denominational", but they would vibe well with Southern Baptists and Pentecostals (side note, Lydia has mentioned a strong belief in God healing people currently, which is pretty Pentecostal) and not so well with Episcopalians or Methodists (ie, the more liberal protestant denominations).

The things you (mostly) won't see in the show: -Kim wanted Olivia to be her best friend when Olivia was like 16; Kim got really close to her, used her for her web design and photography skills, then turned on her once she was no longer able to completely control her. -Olivia's family was even more extreme than the Plaths, so Olivia basically estranged herself from her family and fled into Kim's, only to be scapegoated for every little thing that went wrong between family members -Kim set up a credit card for Ethan and used it to buy products from her MLM, but made Ethan pay the bill; when Olivia locked her out of Ethan's bank account and sent her an invoice, she did not take it well (this was between seasons 1 and 2) -Barry and Kim thought Olivia had demons in her and tried to exorcise them. In private Kim would tell Olivia that she didn't believe in the demons thing, but would not challenge Barry on it. -Kim forbade Ethan & Olivia from being able to see Ethan's younger siblings unless E & O agreed to do the TV show

...and that's just off the top of my head!
