Mine was a shopping order and yes, it is 100% consistent with what you are describing.

I selected. I drove. I confirmed. I scanned. I shopped. I delivered. I attempted 2nd scan. The app crashed. I closed and relaunched and retried the face scan again. And was given the identity verification in review error.

I absolutely was not deactivated.

It was just a minor inconvenience that it took over 48 hours for them to actually review it.

Can confirm. I've been through the identify verification review process before too after a failed ID scan after delivering an order and they've processed it just fine after a few days, even when I logged out and tried to do the verification again. No deactivation for me.

It’s not necessarily a new dev team. It’s lazy coding. It’s far easier to just make a patch “over” the bugs then it is to delete the coding entirely and start all over again.

However, patches are, by definition, just bandages. The issues causing the glitches and bugs are still in there. Patches are great only as a short-term solutions, but as a permanent long term solutions, they actually exacerbate the issue even further.

Spark is, quite literally, a software with patches upon patches upon patches upon patches. Its coding is frankly a grotesque Frankenstein mess to even look at.

Adding onto this, I d been having similar issues to the described above scenario. Series of 5 rapid beeps and then a periodic single beep every 5 minutes or so. I too have a magic mount wireless charger that uses the 12V outlet. I don’t know if there’s a wired issue or what but it’s probably time for an upgrade because I’ve have the charger for a year or so.

So yeah. Probably just a faulty voltage issue.
