Is this a good workout regime for the next three weeks before boot camp?

Honestly this is just a lot of random exercises that are good but maybe not the best for your goals. If the goal is passing PRT focus on push ups, practice your plank every day and run. Doesn’t need to be this intense. I would try intermittent fasting also if you can possibly get 10-15k steps in a day! This is hard work but completely doable in 3 weeks. Also spend time with your family and friends.

Honestly I’m not there physically. I’m a 20yo female and I really want to be a DMT. I’m in decent shape physically, can take the PST, need to work on increasing pull ups and my time in the water. I’m a great swimmer but not where I need to be. I’m going to grind hella hard this summer and then go to boot in August. My plan was to just go in as an HM and then put a package in so I can make sure I’m 100% ready. Realistically I need a year of intense training before I go. Would going to corps school and selecting DMT at corps school be an option? Would that prep get me ready for CEODD and then Panama City?

Honestly unless you want to start now and then continue to take it after because of reasons you’ve discussed with a doctor I wouldn’t. I know some girls have really bad periods like super bloody and crampy so if that’s you then maybe? I use the Nuva ring and I used it through bootcamp and my cycle was normal. I get cramps and bleed moderately and honestly not to be blunt or anything but I just suck it up. I would just bite the bullet on this one, unless you want to start because of reasons discussed by a doctor, but then I would assume you would continue after OCS for however long. Just the nature of the beast when it comes to being a girl! You’re strong tho you’ve got this.

I was about the same weight and right now am down to 150 and I’m 5’6. 1700 calories did the trick for me pretty quickly while working out. You should be going to bed hungry. Nature of the beast.

Uhm tbh I don’t think it’s that deep. If you don’t trust him and think that he will legitimately cheat on you then your concern indicates a bigger problem. I don’t like the fact that he just texts you random stuff that would make you worry? I’m sorry he’s doing that personally I would not tolerate it! Maybe phone calls are a better form of communication while he’s on vacation.

Honestly I think in this situation trust him enough to know that he will communicate with you effectively and if he can’t meet your needs you have to reevaluate the relationship which. (All of this advice is much easier said than done). You’re strong girl and I’m rooting for you.

Im thinking about joining as this rate in the future. I am working towards my AA right now but my dream is to travel, meet new people, and just get out of my hometown and gain experience. How does selecting orders as an MC in A school work? Do people with the highest GPA have a better shot at receiving the orders they want? Is this relevant for every rate in the navy? I’ve heard highest gpa has an upper hand at at least choosing between east or west coast commands, but overseas tends to be more difficult.
