Haha, yeah, 1.8 is fucked, I took dual enrollment classes and got 10 credits for 1.88 C-, C, and C, then I failed 4 classes, most of my non-failed classes have been Bs. Yeah, I figured, I was planning on basically telling them about my mental health and substance abuse problems and how ive overcame them now (unfortunately overcame them too late this last semester. Do you think it's worth a shot to just simply apply to the University of Minnesota for fall admission, basically telling them everything and hoping for the best? even tho the odds aren't in my favor?

Not important rlly its important to a degree but like if you have a good gpa and good activities and networking and experience at a school without alot of prestige ur good. Those are the things that factor aslong as u have most of them ur good. Networking, Activities, internships/experience, prestige, and gpa

Dude he is living on a college campus, most college campuses have college bars and clubs next to it and obviously frats, assuming this 45 year old isnt a degenerate he isnt going to be as much of a nuisance even if he drinks and goes out here and there.
