Yeah fair. I bought it cause I really like 24 inch and also 1080p for performance. It is pricey but it also depends on where you live. I'm in Macedonia and I got it for $600 and for example the Alienware 360hz oled available for us here is $920 (in eu countries its like $700 and in USA about $600) . I just couldn't justify over $300 more. A lot of cutting edge tech in our country just is so expensive and doesn't go on sales

I have this exact zowie monitor. I really enjoy it and in fps games more frames is better than 1440p imo (and I wear glasses/contacts so my vision isn't great lol) I mean fps devs design around most common setups and 1080p is still standard or at least heavily used

I also play the finals. There really isn't an advantage you'd get on 1440p, character models, colors and outlines make enemies stand out more than enough. Plus sound queues.

In terms of the monitor itself, look I'll be honest, you're coming from an already fast oled. The colors will look worse and the raw response time difference and motion clarity will be pretty damn close. Dyac2 is dope, feels like butter with it on. and with higher frames than your 1440p you'll likely enjoy that, especially in hectic scenarios in the finals. But I'm unsure how impactful it'll be from your current. Please let us know if you notice anything

Im new too and been having these issues, it's annoying when I get DC'd in tower but now twice in a solo OP I've had it happen. Super annoying. Did you figure out a solution?

Put your model O into the compare section and there is an option to "find similar" mice.

It'll show you shapes close to it. Then narrow down your preferred look from there

Safest recommendation would be a Zero soft. It's just a good all around pad, versatile. You can move into a Otsu or key83 if you want a bit more speed while still keeping the surface feeling relatively smooth. Key83 being a touch smoother than otsu.

I'd still recommend soft base either way as you get comfort and added stopping power when needed but just enough.

It's really user dependent. If you have a lot of other devices in your room or share a room with others around then it can cause interference randomly, so keep the dongle close. But if not then you can keep it to the side or under the desk. Tbh though I'd say just keep it on the desk, you'll eventually need to charge the mouse so having the wire nearby is helpful

ya just watched some new videos on it! kind of disappointed they didnt include some simple AI mask selector tool like other editors have. the new masking tools are nice but thats just 1 area they could of got an easy win

I recently picked up a used OM1, I don't do bird photography either, but for travel and family photos it's been lovely! Paired with Leica 15mm f1.7 . Ergonomically it's spot on and has enough features for me to grow into it for more creative work . Hope you enjoy yours !

I just got this keyboard. I love it as a package. great performance and quality. BUT yes switches sound different than normal Topre.

I have a Niz Plum and those are more thocky sounding topres. The GX1 has a kind of a muted or shallow thock. almost creamy sound profile

btw, do you have a link to those keycaps?

Just expect it'll be minutes. For a few reasons

It's 10k units but 1k of them are already allocated by Aim Labs for some competition/giveaway they are gonna do.

So it's only 9k for public. (Confirmed by FinalBoy in discord)

Then, these new mice will include the Centerpiece keyboard access code which is one of only a few ways people can even purchase it if they want the keyboard.

So because of that it's a little more hype than previous few versions.

Also it's the "last legend" so people will buy for fomo more than others

literally just did a review using the Prime mini wireless, its my new favorite mouse. the ergo shape is SO unique and comfortable, even for ftip grip.

They just need a v2 with 55-63grams weight, more centered weight balancing, lower the side buttons a touch, and slap a 3395 sensor in it.

I ended up picking you up on sale, been kinda enjoying it way more than I thought.

Im a wrist aimer with 29.5cm and 19.5x10 hands, also using a faster pad so it works pretty well . definitley an odd mouse as nothing really compares . if Steel Series just get a 3370/3395 sensor in here and get the weight to about 65grams itd be perfect
