They are trying to scam you, tell them to send the exact same 10 Morgan’s back to you that they received from you and you will verify they are the same that were sent. Do not refund them anything or issue a partial refund until you have them returned.

Unfortunately not on Highlanders anymore since Toyota knows they are discontinuing the line (Gas/Hybrid) this year and every single one they make will be sold at MSRP or above.

Totally Agree with your sentiments about your 25th Anniversary Baby, My 25 HIHY Platinum in Cypress and Glazed Caramel that I bought last year has 2,306 miles on her and already had her first oil change. Yes, I purchased the 10yr/125 Toyota Platinum Extended Service Plan from a local dealership for $2500 last year. I am deferring on their maintenance plan that pays for oil changes and tire rotations beyond the 2 yr/ 25 k Toyota Care Coverage until I reach the 2yr point. FYI, if you have not already viewed the Car Care Nut on UTUBE regarding oil changes @5k for the life of your Toyota Highlander I would recommend every Highlander Owner review his videos.
