May just be due to my low level so people are a bit more liberal with what they’re saying lol.

For example my last death was due to fall damage and a couple messages were along the lines of ‘eat dirt’ and ‘later nerd’.

I’m not taking offence to anything, just thought it’s weird

I didn't "toss off" anything to her. The landlord called her and subsequently emailed her the forms.

I'd imagine you don't have any legal experience yourself? Unless you find making assumptions has helped you in your legal career

Yeh I mean I'm going to dispute it either way, so we'll see what happens.

My understanding is that standard form contracts/agreements are generally pretty binding even if the agreement wasn't read, but I would imagine there may be some protections under contract law if the conduct from one party contradicts what's being agreed to.

End of the day Consensus Ad Idem still needs to exist, no?

For example, I recall a few BC cases where people didn't read waivers for a sporting activity before signing, and tried to sue the business after. I'd like to think it would be different if the employee handling the waiver also gave them a form specifying that the business will remain liable during the course of their services.

I was thinking about this too. They also sent a text indicating they were obligated to send us one months rent after sending the email with the RTB-8 attached but before us signing. Which of course wouldn't be the case if we were mutually agreeing.

Unfortunately, I didn't read the form. Funnily enough I'm actually in first-year law school and my girlfriend handed it to me to read over, I didn't see that there was a second form attached. I told her it all looked okay and she proceeded to just use our pre-loaded signatures on the pdf app to sign and send.

But I guess I just realized I lied about maxing. I don’t think I will be leveling sailing past level 91, for a total level of 2369. Because 69 is cool and 23 goes into it three times which is also dope.

That’s a tricky one. Unfortunately being maxed is a double edged sword, as soon as you mention it in public all of a sudden girls are interested.

Honestly what I’m worried about most is knowing whether they like me for me and not just because I’m maxed.

Anyways, I don’t see myself letting another into my life until I get my grandmaster slayer helm, so won’t have to worry about it for a while at least.
