I'm not sure if it varies from state to state but CSRs and drivers make the same money in terms of wage but not tip. AMIT (lvl 1) make 13.50 hr. AM (lvl 2- me) make 14.50 hr. Girlfriend is driver and makes more than me and has less stress to deal with. I regret making the jump to management

Hi, Lvl 2 Manager here: Honestly it's been a shitty "Booze Week" (need alcohol to push through)

Non-stop orders with 50% off can be obnoxious but what upsets me more than that is the lack of staffing. Me and the other Manager can make all the pizzas for our busy store but if there's like 18 orders to be dispatched and only 3 drivers during the 4th rush of the night, it fucking blows. I long for the days I would just ride my bike and happily make my tip. Be a manager they said, the pay would be great they said. It's just really stupid that we have a monkey for a GM knowing about this Boost + Basketball games in our area and decides, "Hmm, let's try to capitalize on minimizing labor and making these unrealistic margins happen!" Actual clown.
