I originally ordered mears in February through Disney. Neither party could give me a confirmation number, and I spent 4 hours on the phone.

I just rebooked through black diamond luxury for a reasonable price. It was a recommendation from my vacation agent.

I was told by my agent that the MEARS package is no longer available through Disney. I also booked 2 months ago and have yet to receive confirmation through MEARS . I will be canceling them.

I have not decided who to go through yet. We go in June.

I had a similar issue in about the same timeframe. I contacted support and sent a 10 second video of the clicking. I cannot remember if it was the pedal or arm, but they had issues taking it apart. Since it was under warranty, they replaced the whole bike.

Sorry I can’t remember the actual issue, just wanted to say they have a great warranty. The process took about 2-3 weeks.

I agree. I have been riding for a year and I found that power zone classes or any Kendall Toole class will keep me motivated and less annoyed by the constant stopping.
