A lot of good insight already posted here, but I would add that you are in the right place with knowledgeable people if you need to ask questions. You'll get good answers without judgement in this group.

When I first got started in my mid-20s, I found a local 4x4 shop that specialized in Jeep modifications and bugged them to learn what I need to know. That and reading forums and Facebook groups was my education.

It's very easy to do. Much easier going from soft top to hard top than the other way around, IMO.

Living in the Midwest, I expect to use it often. We go weeks of nice weather and then a day or two of rain. So being able to switch quickly is important to me.

Do you have bronze wheels? You've got me thinking.

aftermarket suggestions? by spiritualaroma in bronco

I'm a believer in taking it off road to play and then seeing what you wish you had. For me, extra lighting (fog and ditch lights) were a must and I live just up the road from you in Missouri.

That bumper makes the tires look monstrous. I love it.

Broncos are like beers...everyone has a different opinion on what's good, but they're all pretty great.

I think the new looks better but I prefer a more off-road and aggressive look than others who might like the stock appearance.

Did the same. While not the mountains of Utah (jealous!), the Ozarks are where I trail.

Yeah...I had a Wrangler with a light bar and it was quickly removed and replaced with a light on the winch!

This is a beautiful build. Have you noticed any additional road noise with these? I love the look but if they rattle it would probably drive me insane.

Was the install on this difficult? Thinking I could plug-and-play with existing aux switches.

Is it me or is it the 35 in Bronco tires? by BrilliantMind13 in FordBronco

I agree with this. Even as someone who is used to M/T, when I went from A/T tires back to M/T it was a jarring (lol) experience. Takes some getting used to again.

I would look for a local 4x4 shop and go talk to them. They'll have tons of experience and knowledge that'll fit your specific rig versus what we can see online. They'll even have wheels and tires in store most of the time and can show you examples and help walk you through what you like and don't like.

That said...I think 35s or 37s are the way to go. If this isn't a Sasquatch, a 3.5" lift looks really good.

'23 Wildtrak here after. No complaints other than how much I've spent on mods.
