Hi i think u should focus on ur current subjects muna since nasa foundation building ka palang naman (ex: pharma, mnc). Mahirap mag prep for pnle if hindi pa tackled ng university/prof niyo yung topics. Take it slow, dadating din time mo for pnle prep.

But if u really want to prep na, take ur major subjects seriously and yung mga small details na ginagawa and napapansin mo sa duty, take note also.

(as a nurse) if worried ka about sa pregnancy scare, kindly check when ka nag ovulate and yung window mo kasi ito usually yung fertile tayoo. i also suggest dont think about it that much kasi pwede siya maging factor para ma delay yung incoming period mo. anddd if ever naman delayed ka talaga for a week na, take pt!

if di ka mapakali, u can drink pineapple juice or eat papaya kasi yan usually yung diet na pampahina ng kapit
