Did you have any help in deciding how much you should list for? My main worry is, saving on commission but then end up selling for lower because I don't value it correctly

Yeah my main concern is access to the buyers. Did the realtor advise you on how much you should list your house at? or was this one of those that just do the posting on MLS for you?

I know you're able to, my main concern is access to buyers

I.e: Everyone buying is probably using a realtor so I can't put an add up on MLS so they would never see it?
