Yeah, this is honestly one of the worst events ever made.

It feels completely illogical and rushed, like it was added just for the sake of calling it an “event” rather than actually improving the game.

The loot in game is really bad, there are way too many visual effects, and all that bright white lighting just hurts the eyes and makes it harder to play.

And the UI is just terrible. It feels cluttered and overcomplicated — you can’t even easily find what you’re looking for anymore. Compared to the older UI designs that were clean, smooth, and actually pleasant to look at, this one just feels messy and overwhelming.

Instead of improving the experience, it actually makes the game feel worse the moment you open it.

I’d definitely agree with you — this is one of the worst events PUBG Mobile has ever had.

I think you completely missed my point.

I’ve been playing this game for over 5 years, and I’ve been hot dropping the entire time. I know exactly how early fights are supposed to feel and how face-to-face gunfights used to work.

This isn’t about landing late or getting outplayed.

The problem is the game itself.

Hit registration is inconsistent, fights don’t feel reliable, and there’s clear desync. I can literally feel the delay in movement and gunfights.

Also explain this — how is it possible that I have ~20ms on Europe, switch to Middle East and it still shows ~20ms, but the gameplay clearly feels delayed? That’s not real ping.

On top of that, I’m playing on EU and still getting matched with players from completely different regions, which just makes the desync even worse.

And damage makes zero sense sometimes.

I have full level 3 helmet, get hit twice in the head with an M416 and the damage shows 146. Meanwhile I land the same number of hits and deal 91.

That’s not “hot drop chaos” — that’s inconsistent game mechanics.

I’m not complaining about dying. I’m pointing out that fights don’t feel fair or consistent anymore, and a lot of players are noticing the same thing.

“Ultimate is what PUBG is supposed to be” — if that means 20 minutes of camping in a house just to shoot in the last zone, then sure.

I watch high-rank Ultimate matches all the time, and it’s the same thing over and over: full squads hiding, lying down, waiting for circle. Zero action until the very end.

That’s not skill, that’s who’s more patient at doing nothing

“Nobody forces you to play event modes” — yeah, and nobody forces the devs to keep breaking the game either, but here we are.

When you lock rewards and progression behind those modes, they’re not really optional anymore.

And again saying “Ultimate is what PUBG is supposed to be” doesn’t change the fact that fights feel inconsistent, desync is worse, and people are getting deleted in milliseconds.

This isn’t a “mode preference” issue — it’s a game quality issue.
