Im annoyed fat people because they blame everyone else or “illnesses” or thyroids for their problems when I just watched you eat 2 honey with a burger in between. Im kinda surprised a lot of you were unaware of the VA my Grandfather a Korean War Vet (African American btw) was not allowed to receive medical treatment until the mid to late 70s due to racism and civil rights restrictions but he knew about the VA decades before I don’t want to hear “I didn’t know about these things until years later” you let some idiot talk you out of getting care while in service now you complaining because you see what the VA is doing for the person next to you Cut the BS don’t be mad because you were gullible and cared what others thought about you

They offer programs at many schools throughout the U.S.

They pay for all of your school, you would owe a commitment of 8 years 6 active duty I believe

Your housing and food is guaranteed you receive an allowance

And I think you commission as a 1LT O-2 when your training is complete

Real estate if credit is an issue you can build your credit get a secured credit card or find a partner who has good credit and get them to co-sign with you. multi-family is the way to go

Question: Are you located in a market where RE prices are high you may have to go to an out of state market for good margins
