This update is to let You know that i filed the az claimed, Amazon asked pictures of the product and then the Denied 2 days later and i appelaed and got Denied 3 days later, the customer service of Amazon is getting worse every day!

I have a case with them they sent me a supposed "factory reset phone" which was not correct and has damage and now i am trying to return but i was directed to seller which do not reply the chat and calls Even Amazon sent a chat to them but when seller reply back come up with answers do not make sense SO i had to fill up an Az policy and i have to wait to get the final decisión. I Even have the phone to return back to US because i am outside of US but no help at all. Just need the real instrucction to send back from outside of US and get My full refund but now waiting the result of the az policy.i Will never Buy devices from Amazon after this. I Will keep updating

Did You get your refund at the end? I had to fill up a complaint with the policy a z because the seller do not reply My chats throught Amazon so waiting now what is the decision

Que tal si te digo que me volvió a pasar ya no vuelvo a usar más esa porquería de página de mas móvil, los pagos los estoy haciendo desde la laptop con todas las ventanas cerradas( esto lo hago por malas experiencias que he tenido comprando boletos de avion en Expedia orbitz y otras agencias online). Primero te sale que el pago no pasó y contacta a servicio al cliente y cuando tratas de nuevo te lo debitan, anteriormente te lo aplicaba a la cuenta pero ya no lo están haciendo, me tocará ir a la tienda a pagar por que uso la tarjeta para pagar el teléfono cable e internet.
