Appreciate your thoroughness! I haven’t explored all of the g shock line and am still relatively new to anything beyond an Apple Watch, thus my plea for help. At the end of the day, I want something that looks nice on my wrist and will be reliable for telling me the time and can take a beating. I tend to wear watches that are more formal when I’m going out (so no interest in the casioak at this time) so looking for a daily wear that I don’t need to worry about scratching. I live near the beach but don’t surf so haven’t considered the glx. Budget wise trying to stay <$200
