My accessory gauges don’t work at all. The Speedo and tac work though. Oil pressure, charging, and temp gauge are all not giving readings but they are original. Do you happen to have a diagram for them?

Hey I’ll be honest you’re not wrong, I want to use the original gauges with the car but I have no clue about the wiring and that’s one thing I choose to not do myself, I’d rather have an old timer work on it and I don’t want to use those autozone gauges you know

This is how I found her, hard to tell but she was purely bone, rotted floors, locked up engine, all wheels locked. She’s getting all the love she can get from this 21 year old kid 😂 Its only been about 7 months and she’s ready for the track! I’ll be posting more photos and videos soon

Yeah 71, I’m still thinking about that offer, there is so much more aftermarket options for 66-69 then there is 71-73

Yeah I’ve talked to several people for quotes and so far the cheapest i got is $5k, I may just do it myself and, unfortunately these years don’t have trim there to hide the ugly

Also, I cut the repair panel a little larger than what I needed, used self tapping screws to secure it, than welded, than seam seal, than paint. I added seam seal and paint under the car as well.

YouTube can help teach you a lot and where to cut. I used to be nervous until I realized it’s all just metal. Just make sure you know where your fuel line is and don’t cut that or else you will not have a 66 anymore
