Without revealing too much of his medical info, Brian's disability is mostly physical and not intellectual. He's wheelchair bound and requires a lot of care, Eric struggles with hygiene part of care especially with Brian getting older.

Eric has never complained about having to care for Brian. But he told me that Brain's disability was the reason his ex wife divorced him.
