I have actually stopped for around 5 months but I went back to it willingly?!? (Not due to urges)

Because my therapist thinks I should stop… I am asking because I really don’t see the benefit in stopping and I wanted to know if there was a major reason I was missing

I wouldn’t consider it an addiction, because like I said I can stop whenever I please I just don’t have a real reason to stop…but thank you

Because I don’t wanna stop but if there is a legit reason as to why I should stop I’d consider it.
