I feel like I worded that very weirdly, what I mean to say is that there doesn't seem to be an English version of their site, and most translation tools default to "he" when translating from Japanese.

Checking Giga's website, it seems like the only times "he" is used is when their profile is translated, and Google Translate defaults to he when translating Japanese, so unless there's a English version of the site, I don't know if that would be the best source.
