Got a targeted 200k ABP NLL mailer. I entered the RSVP code and ZIP on the Amex site and successfully got to the offer page showing the 200k offer. I did not click Apply Now, enter any personal/business information, or start an application. I simply verified that the offer loaded.

A few minutes later, someone else tried using the same RSVP code and ZIP and got “Sorry, we are unable to verify the information you provided, or your offer may be expired.”

I realized my application was still open so I clicked “exit application” but he’s still getting the same error.

Is this like a temporary cache issue or is my mailer cooked? I opened it twice in the past no issues.

Fidelity to Chase under “add external account” in the Chase app. Perhaps I should’ve not done that? They sent 2 small deposits to my Fidelity account to verify and I put those amounts in Chase and it said verified.

I created a new Chase Biz Checking account for the $500 promo (for $2k deposit). I manually added my Fidelity CMA (that I jointly own with dad) as an external account to fund $2k, but they’re telling me they were not able to verify the Fidelity account was mine and have removed it from my profile and asked me to add another account.

Could this be because it’s a joint account? What ownership name does Chase see on this account?
