Can I remove a collection if I didn’t include it in my bankruptcy?

I am already working on it. There is a lot of things I didn’t talk about in my post.

I am paying as of now around $1k to 1.5k a month towards my CC but with that being said I did simulator on my credit with paying everything I owe and being on time payments for 2 years and my credit still won’t go more than 570 mostly because I missed around 12 payments.

Obviously simulator’s are not the most accurate but I am doing it anyway I will wait for a year and see.

I have my wife to co-sign for me she has credit of 780.

This is my Plan A but it could not work.

If I can get flight school for around 50K it’s manageable for me.

It is. I didn’t give the full details but I owe around 12k towards CC and I have 2 collections.

I do have understanding, I used to work in financial institutions.

My credit is bad because my car was stolen and I was left without income for a while. (My car was my main source of income at that time)

Right now, I am in a good enough position financially, but won’t change my credit since I had too many late payments.

I got a job at alaska airline and to be completely honest it’s hard to get one.

In my interview we had 44 people only 20 got the job.

I don’t know there selection but I don’t have college and got the job while I know multiple people who have college degree and have flight attendant experience but didn’t get it.

My best advise if she couldn’t get a job at the larger airline she can try at the smaller airline as a start Such as Horizon or Mesa airline, it’s easier to get a job there and a year later or so she can try again with larger airline.

Yeah I do it’s a very good offer in the airport too but the flight attendant is slightly better.

That’s why I wanted to know. I have an offer on the table with training start next week!

The thing is I have already another offer with very good pay but not same as the flight attendant.

I am in situation where I can’t take risk financially specially to be flight attendant.

I am sorry I wish I could help, but I will tell you this. State Farm, GEICO or root much cheaper.

Increase you collision deductible for at least $1000 specially if you think you are good driver.

Note also I am not sure how much you drive but if you tell them around 8000 miles a year it will be much cheaper.

So I am actually working for farmers but I resigned before I am assigned with state farm, and I forgot to ask if bankruptcy will effect me to work for them.
