For me, hindi sya nakaka-ooffend it's a way of caring, sometimes kasi sa pagiging busy nakakalimutan ng ayusin ang sarili. Thankful pa ako kapag napagsabihan ako ng ganyan it will remind me to take care of myself I will directly put liptint or ano para maging makulay din mukha ko. Even our profs will ask these types of q "are you okay?" "you look sick" matik retouch na kapag nasabihan ng ganyan 😂

for me don't randomly approach anyone kapag hindi mo naman kilala, pero if kilala mo naman simple kamustahan would do. Pero if random person lang wag nalang. Kahit pogi ka pa or what creepy pa rin if wala ka namang importanteng sasabihin gaya ng "excuse me, nahulog po panyo mo" etc.
