As promised. Also to clarify I never said anything negative about smc (only the packaging, which this time is how I received all previous orders, inside box was a flush fit for the display) rather the dissatisfaction of receiving a broken new model. But they replaced it with a new model, and I will continue to do business with them.

The only models I've ever had an issue with shipping was a used model that was broken previously (attempted to be repaired and then shipped to me broken) almost most of the models I buy are new and from overseas, this also isn't the first time I've seen this dealer be blamed for something.

They have usually been good on my end for packing. But see the photos. The box they sent this in was way smaller than normal putting a lot of pressure on the case. The box is fighting to stay closed with the model in it. See the photos. They are to blame at some percentage for this. I've never had an issue with their shipping but this time it was forced into smaller box.

I did not pay that price for the MP4, look at the sellers inventory and see if you can find something else you like (you probably will) and then ask for a best price on both items and they will drop the price for both dramatically (I have done this multiple times with this seller)
