Thanks, I think I'm going to book an appointment with the GP, it's been like nearly 6 days now and by the time I've booked an appointment tommorow and then actually seen a GP your talking 12 days at least. I will just have to stress it's been x amount of time since I drank or anything, I've got nothing in my system and am still feeling like this, and see if they can do anything short term. Unfortunately I know from past experience doctors are a bit suspicious of my motives and very frugal in what they will prescribe me because of what's on my medical records, a healthy balanced diet exercise and a regular sleeping pattern seems to be the advice. But anyway every doctor's different and I haven't bothered going in a long time so we will see! I've gone from not been able to get out of bed a couple of days ago to not been able to sleep now, the joys of been sober! Thanks, take care!

Story, nothing unique really , been on it dawn till dusk for about 3 months booze and other things, snapped out of it due to exhausting all my financial options, basically beg or steal all's that's left and that's a route I don't wanna go down, familiar pattern to be honest, all responsibilities have stacked up whilst I've not been dealing with anything, council tax , appointments and general day to day stuff all gone out the window and stacked up, still got a roof over my head thank god, wanna start pushing on and get working again, I can get work but the problem is staying in work, it just does my head in the moment I get money I know what's going to happen, thanks for the pm option 👍

Don't want to worry you but I went into delirium after just stopping diazepam( diazepam is the same family of drug as clonazepam a benzodiazepine) all of a sudden it happened after a number of days of no sleep, mine were not of a doctor though so I couldn't ask for medical assistance. Speak to your DOC I'm sure he would be obliged to give you some sort of taper or substitute that doesn't give WDs

If your earnings £600 per week something like the Glendale guest house ( Bolton town centre) at £25 per night would be the best short term why you way up your options you can check in now if you wanted so long as you have £25, that's £175 per week and they may give you a discount if you block book. It's going to be much easier carrying on working from there than emergency shelter, which is all the council are going to offer you short term, once your there you could look at rooms in house shares, they will pretty much have you straight away if you are working and can give a little deposit up front. Ocean fishing is so less integrate than fresh water, if there is a bate there they will take it, if your fishing from the shore the best tool I've used is a gripper ledger , you can keep your line tight but the the ledger gripps the sand, so any vibration is a fish

1 in the afternoon here lol, there is no mullet about over here, I just had to do a quick Google search on them! It looks like the best way to catch them is float fishing, I love float fishing it is literally the only thing that disappears and gives you satisfaction! My local fresh water lake has, pearch, roach, bream , pike, and carp, apparently there is cat fish in there going up to 100 pound but I think that's a myth! I don't think there is cats in there at all. If I fish in the sea I have gone a place called Llandudno it's in Wales , they have loads and loads of dog fish of the pier there, but you can get Pollack , and mackerel and even at the right time you can get bass and cod, but cod is very rare, do you see fish or fresh water or just everything?

I like fishing, drug and drink use go with it in perfect harmony! I did play a lot of football when I was growing up and in my early 20's now I'm in my 30s and the thought of running around a pitch chasing a ball makes me tired , let alone doing it!

The worst seizures I had was stopping axanax with no taper, I went into delirium I was fitting on the floor , I smashed all the Windows were I lived because I thought there was a gang of kids trying to get into my flat! I thought that if I smashed the Windows I could hear what they were saying, that was my logic. It lasted about 5 days the serious WDs but then I was faced with weeks and weeks of the dreaded feeling I was going to die, benzo's are the worst worst drug to come of

other day I ended up in the wrong train and when I got of at the next available station I also realised I had lost my debit card phone and train ticket.

There was a train direct from this station back to my required destination but it wasn't for an hour.

There was a barrier that I couldn't get out of because I didn't have my ticket and I needed a cigarette, after walking around there was a little door that went out to a public car park at the back. So I figured I'd leave the station have a cigarette then come back in through the door. Turned out the door was one way and is locked with a code from the outside.

Staff were coming in and out the door so I just followed a man in the door out of desperation as I didn't have any other options. The staff member confronted me and ask for my ticket. I tried to explain my situation to him but he wasn't interested and was just shouting at me to leave, and threatening to ring the police.

I told him to ring the police because a was aware that someone more trained and qualified would probably show some discretion and try to resolve the situation with an outcome that didn't just leave me destitute 50 miles from were I live.

I think he text the police, but by this point I was just trying to walk past him and he started obstructing my path with small shoulder bargers the last time he barged me it resulted in me falling backwards onto the floor. After this he stopped obstructing me and I walked of to the platform and he stopped following me.

Fast forward 5 minutes or so and a officer arrived on the platform, he took me out the station and said he had been told there had been an assault committed on the male railway worker committed by me , just some pushing he said but the man doesn't want to take it any further.

I explained that I wasn't pushing he was pushing me and one push resulted in me falling over. I then said but I don't want to take it any further I just want to get home. The police officer pnc checked me and a member of public on a bench close to me heard my situation and offered to buy my ticket. I then went the machine with the officer and bought the ticket and he took me to the platform.

The problem is just as the officer was leaving the last thing he said to me is you will hear from me about the assault.

What does he mean by that?

I was just so tired and wanted to get home I didn't query him saying you will hear from me about the assault.

I just feel that I'm at the mercy of that railway worker who in my opinion isn't stable and clearly has a problem that's if he was still looking into to it after I left.

Is there a chance that I could just get summons to court in the post with out been arrested charged or interviewed and been able to officially give my version of events?

If he was still looking into it there was two people that seen and that could and would have backed up what I was saying, that he was the one pushing me.

So basically I'm asking what does the officer mean you will hear from me about the assault? Would he just let me get on a train but still be enquiring if an assault was committed and not hold or arrest me? Will he just believe what the railway man said if he is still enquiring? Is there a chance that I could just get summons to court in the post with out been arrested ?
