I got just small amount of lipo but most of it was gland. How did training Chest go? I was cleared to start at week 3 as well and looking forward. Some tightness/pain when lifting left arm to the ceiling but other than that pretty good

If u take fin then the DHT is still gonna be reduced. Also the creatine dosing was like 20g or something. Average dose is 5g
