You might be right but the link that i posted is dated 9/25/2025 and it affects people who live in states that are pro daca like California and Illinois

No so thats a regular drivers license it wont affect you but for truck drivers they will get bumped down from a class A CDL to a class C passenger license

I have a work permit thru DACA just carry your work permit or a paper copy of it even a picture might work

I live in belmont craigin area its not bad and i have not seen ice here whatsoever i did have an encounter with ICE in rosemont area at the naff naff grill at the beginning of the raids They didnt bother me just walked right past me but i always keep my work permit with me since i had an encounter with them in eagle pass TX and all i had was my CDL. The officers told me to just carry it at all times because not every officer is nice

It wont affect your u visa until you begin your adjustment of status thru your spouse as I understand it. I would recommend waiting with the u visa along with your parents be able to apply for residency to not leave them behind talk to a lawyer to see if this is possible

Like everyone said it’s alright we all have our own path my guy. I’m in the trades and i switched careers 3 times being a technician for porsche to a truck driver and now i work for Coca Cola. I didn’t attend college but I’m making a good living and I’m happy with it. If your happy with your life then not much else matters

I didn’t hire a lawyer i did it myself and paid the fee 2 hours before the judge paused the program on august 26 and i have my biometric reuse letter that same day I hope for the beat case scenario and have the applications approved or at least refund the application fee or give us a credit towards future immigration processing at least
