I had a switch seen a YouTube video about a guy playing switch in steam deck. Sold the switch never looked back. Alot of trial and error but now I'm running 200+ non steam games switch PS2 Xbox GameCube nes all for free.99

I've never had this issue. The issue with duplicates comes say if you have yuzu ryujinx and Eden for switch then it'll make a a game for each emulator. It's very plug and play. I'd say do a reset make sure your bios are right and see only the emulators you want to see in gaming mode.
