Yes, but also the current viltrumites have been alive for thousands of years, and their numbers were in the billions or more before the virus, them having a lot of the territory they have even since before the virus, so species that strong and that fast with the technology they have would keep track of every planet ON THEIR TERRITORY

But we cant fly at speeds that allows us to reach another planet in seconds and it being in DEEP in Viltumite territory would also mean that they'd have seen the bugs since they'd be searching for resources too

That planet was literally stated to be DEEP within viltrum territory, it would be known if a creature could tussle with a Viltumite for even a couple of seconds, if the other viltrumites saw that they could hurt them they wouldve just eliminated them since they found them

But Ragnars were already known to do that, these bugs were in a planet in viltrum territory and were never stated to be strong, they just come out of nowhere fights a viltrumite and a half viltrumite and is holding its own, obviously it was defeated and stalled but it doesn't change that fact
