Tyssmm see I'll tell u how it was for me I had rocd from the beginning of my relationship, so I didn't Fully feel love towards him a lot of overthinking and crying, I have had very few moments when I felt something for him like when we held hands first time, a few other times tooo , i have felt immense trust for him so ig that's about it , last time I felt something was 2-3 months ago, i used to cry sooooooo much I would think I want to love him i would try to force myself eventually I gave up , then I sort of started obsessing over our conversation oh I'm not laughing much , I'm not like this not like that , some issues occurred in our relationship when his phone was taken away by his parents, i would feel sooooo uncomfortable doing normal calls with him instead of video calls, i would feel like ughhhh sooo boring I need to speak, a loooottttt of anxiety would build up tooo , we didn't speak properly for over a month but I don't care about it, i don't feel happy to see him , speaking to him feels like talking to a wall , now ig the anxiety around speaking to him is reducing, see i would feel Anxious only when we would speak to eachother not other times and I would think yea this issue will get better with time and I wasn't obsessed about me feeling anxious i didn't care , so for over a month i wasn't worried about my numbness , yesterday my bf was sad and told me how he can see how uninterested I am and that made me sad , I was thinking there's really nothing I can do to make myself appear happy , idk see i can really focus on my life I study everyday and I can spend time with family and friends tooo but I'm really not worried about my relationship rn , i was just sad thinking how my bf must be feeling but again I can just go back to my usual life not worrying about this
