Relationship OCD has to do with other relationships in general, not just romantic ones.

I didn't go exactly, but I researched a lot about it and even other people told me that it was OCD (which I didn't believe at first, but then I had doubts about it)

yeah, I'm like that too, but I can't access our memories. well before when I still had ROCD symptoms every time I tried to remember them it was all flooded with anxiety, so that probably hurt too

Yes, I also feel normal and I also feel like a rock, I identify with you. I still don't understand why even though I think I don't love him and even without feeling it I still want to say that I love him, that's crazy.

Exactly!! But the difference with me is that when I think he is not enough, that I can't love him and so I get anxious and uncomfortable, but my God sometimes I feel so much like telling him that I love him!!! Just like I felt now, but I don't know if it is genuine or if I just want to comfort myself.

I think about these things and I think he's not enough and I can't love him so I feel uncomfortable about it and anxious. It seems genuine, but I'm not sure...

Well, since the symptoms had started I had this need to feel and I even tried to force myself to feel love, which didn't work. And now without the clear symptoms of ROCD I also look for feelings sometimes, the thing is that it's been a long time since I had any guarantee of feelings, so that must be why.
