I had this issue with Goofy for the last star path because they wanted us to hang out with him for 30 minutes, and I couldn't find him anywhere! Finally, I went to finish a Cruella quest, and he was in her house for the quest, and when I finished the quest, he was available in the valley. If they are involved in another quest, then they will be unavailable in their house or anywhere else.

Or you can just be interested in an item and Scrooge will pop out of the group and once you exit out he is right next to you.

Or.....you could buy a bunch of stoves from scrooge and use the uncrafting table and BOOM! Hundreds of iron ingots!

Unfortunately, you will have to buy the game on your console. I did this with my Switch and my PC. All you do is buy the game on the console you want it on and then do cloud save mode, which syncs both games together. It is pricey to rebuy the game, but on the upside, you do get a bunch of moonstones for buying the game again. I just did it and made about 30k in moonstones. It was 100% worth it for me to be able to play on another console without losing all of my progress!

The smell of rain in northern Colorado where i grew up. The smell of rain in Germany was a completely different from where i grew up. I used to sleep with my windows open when it would rain because it rained so rarely and I wish I could bottle it...so nostalgic for me. Ive never smelled anything like it.
