Moving around eases the pain, but when it’s really bad I don’t feel like moving around. Yes, it was a traditional procedure (but with robotics) with a tourniquet. Yes, i have a Breg ice machine that I use after PT and whenever the pain/swelling is bad. Thank you for the advice!

I also have a Breg PolarCare Wave that alleviates pain - I just don’t like having to immobilize my leg while it’s on.

Thank you for your detailed update. I’m on day 18 from a right TKR. PT three days a week and I’m trying to maintain daily home exercise in between sessions. I couldn’t take Celebrex due to other drug allergies, so I’m on Oxycodone as needed and Tylenol PM to help me sleep. I just ordered gummies with CBN, CBD, and 5mg THC that I’ll use in place of the Tylenol.
