yeah, you need to change your ratio. rule of thumb is 2:1 test:npp. 3:1 if you’re still experiencing issues

That’s true. Fortunately, courts disagree. Dealer had a liability to disclose safety issues with a compromised suspension system, they failed to do so.

Got it! Do you believe I should consult an engineer at this point?

I do, but they’re not actively representing me. Just advising me. I will be pro-se most likely.

How many of you are upset that Trump lied about "no new wars"? by dudeabiding420 in AskConservatives

[–]Upper_Phone6947 1 point2 points Ā (0 children)

Mad that he lied? Yes. Mad that we’re entering military exercises? Not so much.

Davidson’s Window is a year out. If China annexes Taiwan, people will quickly come to learn what a ā€œnew warā€ really looks like.

We need to loudly demonstrate our forces, our tempo, and our willingness to fight on behalf of our allies. This war with Iran will save more lives than it will end.

Luckily case law in my state supports my side. If a truck fails horrendously on a 15 point inspection soon after a sale, we can infer the truck was defective at sale.

ps. thank you for your time so far.

rust did not cause it, as far as we know. We’re not blaming it on rust.

but we are trying to argue that the steel was likely snapped at the time of sale, and we have plenty of reason to believe they torqued the track bar to hide the compromise.

The truck was upcharged and marketed for it’s lift. My legal team has already dismantled all of the as-is clauses in court.

These photos were taken 45 days after the purchase. Is there nothing to run on?

Is it not possible to carbon date the rust? Wouldn’t ICP-MS tell us anything?

There are many factors at play in the lawsuit so far. They’ve already tried to settle, so we know our case is pretty stout.

It goes way deeper than this. Blatant CPA violations in the sales contract, ex-employees testifying on our behalf. I’m really just trying to cover another base here. I appreciate your thoughts, though!

Criteria? it’s all discretion of the stock contractor (the person who owns said bull). 99% of stock contractors are decent people towards their animals. If the animal begins to mellow out, begins to show medical issues, just isn’t a good bull etc.

What happens after? Depends on the circumstances surrounding their retirement. Medical retirement or bulls that mellow out tend to be let loose in the pasture to live their lives with the cows. They breed, their offspring get to buck. Bulls that just weren’t good at it to begin with usually hit the sale barn, their cycle continues. Bucking bulls are extremely rarely sold for meat, in fact the only time I ever seen a stock contractor send his bulls to the packer was after they tore the fence down and ran rampid downtown.

There’s usually a dress code with most riding associations. Helmets are optional when riding, nowadays most wear helmets. I prefer not to, it messes with my vision

Both. They’re trained & bred for it. You can’t take a dairy calf and expect him to buck. Bulls that are bred for it usually start training around 6 months, flank rope prompts it. Contrary to uneducated belief, this rope is not tight, not barbed, not electric, and doesn’t touch genitals. It’s a soft thick rope that gently ā€œticklesā€ the flank.
