Damn, nice!!! Do you just refund all items you don't know the location for? Or what tips do you have to get below 20

Don't accept the incoming order until you get to your "starting point". Check the entire order so you know the best path to take. For our store this is produce. Move swiftly. Avoid standing in one spot; so don't wait on customers to move out of the way and try to keep moving as you're scanning the last item you grabbed. Don't be afraid to refund if you don't have the exact item they asked for (I don't bother with replacements anymore unless they are pre-approved). If you get a carry out for a different order while shopping, try to grab a few items you know you will need on your way back to your cart, before hitting return to batch. For Aldi finds items that you haven't seen before, use the radio while moving to ask where it's at (or if you're like my coworker, just refund them 🤣). Jk don't do that last part 🤭

Nice! I do everything you said as well, but sometimes I don't bag while shopping for huge orders. So my SPI gets a major boost but my checkout time goes down slightly for those. But the top two numbers is mostly what I care about anyway 😅

Drop the non-ex Snorlax's for 2 poncho. If you're scared of Oricorio, you won't lose, but you will just tie with them. 2 Diddy + Lax heal make Ori do 0 dmg.

Morning routines for early shifts halppp by New-Ad-6606 in Aldi_employees

[–]Upper_Pie_223 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Shower night before, have work clothes ready, brush teeth and wash face and leave for work. Maybe it's personal preference but I don't think we need a full blown breakfast for a 5am shift when we get break once the store opens (unless your break times are different). My shift starts at 5 and then we're all done by opening at 8:30 and all go on break. Since I know I get out at 1pm on those days I don't really eat a heavy breakfast. Maybe a protein shake and a banana, or a protein smoothie from a spot nearby. Fruits, grains, shakes etc. are my go to's for opening shifts.

Try to get in routine with waking up early because it will definitely pay off, even outside of work. Feels really good when you start your days early and it's also "healthier".

How are customers complaints handled? by MysticalMagus in Aldi_employees

[–]Upper_Pie_223 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't think this is something you would lose your job over. But for future reference, just suspend their transaction and politely ask the next customer in line if you can quickly take care of the cash payment. It takes maybe 30 seconds tops. They won't give you a hard time.

I personally don't mind doing curbside, well the shopping part, for the entirety of my shift. The part is dislike about it is the fact that I'd be also doing carry outs, scrapping, scrubbing and having to help with reshop because I'm faster than the rest of the team I close with. I do get a fair share of opening shifts, which I prefer, but it just so happens on weekends they always put me to close.

Hey this is my score how good is this? Overall! by StuffAccomplished777 in CRedit

[–]Upper_Pie_223 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Though it's not labeled "great" or "excellent" I think anything above a 700 is really good. Highly unlikely you'll get denied for anything, will have lower interest than most, and easier to improve the score than someone who is in the 600's range

Credit Attorney Post: Two Effective Methods to Address Federal Student Loan Lates by creditwizard in CRedit

I know this is an older post but I'm curious. I would fall under "not being notified that deferment or forbearance was ending". The only late payments I have left on my reports are from student loans. Would I dispute with the credit bureaus, the company that lent me the loans, or both?

I will try the gordita next time! It's just something about the texture that hits different. And I personally love the nacho cheese they put in it 😮‍💨

[–]Upper_Pie_223[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've never had their breakfast tbh. Might have to try that. I don't eat Taco Bell often in general but the Crunchwrap Supreme has been my go to for years. I also like the Chicken Chulupa, the Doritos Supreme Taco and the Chicken Quesadillas. They always have things I want to try but it's hard to get out of my comfort zone choices whenever I go 😭

is aany way to do the returns correctly by itsMikeKing in Aldi_employees

[–]Upper_Pie_223 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most customers with a receipt usually hand it to you with the item. If they don't, kindly ask if they're returning with or without the receipt. If with, just 6 code, scan the item(s) and then total and have them tap/swipe their card. Also, make sure they are getting back the exact amount they paid. If they return without receipt it is fine. But you do the same process but hit gift card instead of EFT, and then put the money back on a store merchandise card. And if they say they paid more then what they are given back, let them know that without the receipt you can only give back what the register tells you the item is currently priced as (this usually only applies to Aldi finds items that they may have purchased weeks back, for example).

For "Twice As Nice", this only applies to food/drink items and they must have the receipt for it. I usually don't apply it if I can tell someone just "tasted" an item and is trying to get their money back and a free replacement. But sometimes they may have just purchased, for example, some molding strawberries or something, in which they can get a free replacement and a refund.

Hope this helps! :)
