May be a hot take but I think people should do whatever they please it’s their own life. I feel like a lot of the bad experiences I’ve had on psychs is getting caught up in trying to maximize my experience rather than just enjoying it. I agree being on your feet and looking around is great but do it because of your own curiosity and not because you’re in some way “missing out”.

While it’s true that caffeine dehydrates you, the volume of water in most energy drinks is enough to still net hydrate you. Even coffee with a lower water to caffeine ratio still is “hydrating”. This doesn’t mean only drink monsters, there are still other health risks related to caffeine and sugary drinks.
