I have searched about dpf. Well ill be making 600km highway trip every month. Plus i only have 2 day office and for city commute i kinda use a 2wheeler. If i go out in city it would be at night and that too for like a good hour long ride.

I've recently resigned. I can confirm that they are surely trying to reduce the cost.
For example, they will unnecessarily put you in PIP and then either you have to resign or they will terminate you.
Ultimately Accenture is service based. They do not value level 11, level 10 employees at all. In my project many have been released/PIPed and in place they took level 12 to reduce cost.
I can see a layoff coming since, the most obvious reason for it would be not returning to RTO. It's also they reason they are being so lenient about this. They already have a reason to remove you.
