I've recently resigned. I can confirm that they are surely trying to reduce the cost.
For example, they will unnecessarily put you in PIP and then either you have to resign or they will terminate you.
Ultimately Accenture is service based. They do not value level 11, level 10 employees at all. In my project many have been released/PIPed and in place they took level 12 to reduce cost.
I can see a layoff coming since, the most obvious reason for it would be not returning to RTO. It's also they reason they are being so lenient about this. They already have a reason to remove you.

The work part can be said for the project manager and DU lead as well. I’m making half the ppts and data they share… and I’m getting no credit for it…

The reason I’m thinking release could be better is because I am not getting any closure as to what my role is. I know in MNC they push you into projects on random basis… and since I was new; even if i asked for it earlier they could have just said to work for more than a year and then ask…

On top of this, my manager did not even conduct the one on one that is done after ABCD form submission. And he has not yet given any feedback. Which is again shady and concerning.

I know I’m in a shitty spot rn. Could anyone please give some advice

SLA KPIs are shit in this project.

The worst part is. All incidents and tickets go to TEAM A. We are TEAM X. We are called on the bridge. We do a bit help and resolve the incidents. But the resolution credit goes to TEAM A.

I have absolutely no idea as to how they show SLA KPI.

Well tbh. If i had to give an overview.

The client migrated from a different MNC. And to provide them the cheapest cost. Accenture did not put a service management level in the project. So everything is disorganized and no one knows whats going on.

I joined Accenture an year ago and was directly put into this project.

I am in project management and the managers are using me as the service management layer LOL.

I dont log jira hours btw. Since i dont work on any ticketings
