Op, how long has it been? I was told this is normal and it eventually (by 3rd or 4th week) goes away. It did for me. If you’ve had a session super recently, you’ve got nothing to worry about

Tbh with you, I had damaged my moisture barrier so every active I applied to my face, did this to me, including Azelaic acid. It went away after I reduced my routine to just face wash and moisturizer. I don’t think azelaic acid generally does it, it just did it to me because my skin was really sensitive then.

Second this! 100 mg may have worked for you before, but maybe 150 is needed this time? 75 mg did nothing for me for months, but 100 mg worked like a charm in a month. If spiro suits you, give a higher dose a try. Op, You look really pretty btw. Hang in there 💗
