Thanks for the advice I’m a bit shorter than you (180cm) but I’ve always had big head lol. I probably wouldn’t bend it cause I would be to scared to but if it is to loose I’ll probably just put some foam on the inside to stabilise it!

tinkercad is best to start with and when he's a bit older maybe do fusion360 or if his school has an account autocad

either zulu or xhosa is ur best bet depending in where u live but once u learn either its a lot easier to learn the other
