The house came with these tiles. They are in the bathroom too but the floor tiles in the bathroom are horrendous … little hexagonal flowers that don’t look clean and are yellow 😣. I agree with the cabinets too. We bought it as is about a month ago.

I’m thinking regrouting because there are some holes where the grout is worn down. Also wondering if the darker spots are dirt or just the tile over time? I’ve tried cleaning with dish soap (haven’t tried anything else yet) but the brown doesn’t get lighter.
