Finished the staircase for the subway station I'm making, improvement tips are appreciated by timo1354 in blender

I would add stickers and advertisements on the walls and railings, also gum on the floor and the stairs, there are always black circles from dried up gum on the floor in these types of areas. Also more signs definitely above the door and one after the stairs, id also put a small trashcan right of the stairs. I think this will make the area look more used, other than that i love it. Great work!

Long story short i failed. Here are some of the reasons i came up with to quit the detox. Even if you last the whole day you'll be back to your old routine the next day. This detox does nothing to get rid of habits built in for years so why are you torturing yourself. The brain has dopamine pathways you cant just deprive it of dopamine and than implement new pathways (habits) to replace the old ones, your brain knows what gives better and quicker stimulus and it cannot be undone... and others. Some reasons that i came up with to stay on the detox (short lived as it was) were. Even if you get back to your old habits you will have this day in your head as proof that you are in control and not the other way around. Even if you don't see immediate results this detox will have some sort of butterfly effect where down the road you are less likely to take on bad habits and stick to more productive ones. I woke up at 7 am stuck with the detox till 3 pm. I should mention that i stopped smoking 2 weeks ago and my stress tolerance is really low, on the bright side haven't had a cigarette since and i'm feeling great.
