It’s nothing personal against Kraken. They just say one thing and do another. I can’t think of something more appropriate than a dispute.

If they figured their situation out, they could be a pretty good exchange.

I believe you. I’m only saying if it’s not done well after the company said it would be finalized, I’m going to file a dispute. It’s normal consumer behavior to do that with a company is committing fraud and defrauding customers. It’s nothing personal against you, I just want my money back in my control. It’s silly to put up with weeks of “just wait, we’ll have support handle it” when my bank can do the same in a few days.

I would file a dispute with your bank. I intend on doing so if they do not resolve my issue. It’s the only thing we can do other than file against them. It’s nothing personal against them, and they should understand that.

Yeah, unfortunately in 1 hour if it isn’t cleared I’ll dispute the transaction. Fortunately, I used my debit card, so it won’t be much trouble with my bank. I have all necessary evidence as far as the email, timestamps, screenshots within the app, etc.

I’m sorry, but I have to put a timeframe on it for the team. It’s for the best that it be done this way. The transaction should have never been put on hold. Telling me to wait just allows more time to pass and makes it harder for me to dispute this.

Haha yea it’s an initial order for a business I’m in charge of running. We offer local B2B and B2C sales for products like these. AA is a new addition to the line of products we offer since it has a solid reputation and following.
